Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Marcel Alexander Otten, owner of AquaVillas Estate Agency on the Costa Blanca of Spain.
Of Dutch origin, I have dedicated my career since 2003 to Spanish real estate. Working as an estate agent on the northern Costa Blanca for over 20 years has allowed me to build up a deep understanding of the area and it’s property market. Speaking the Spanish language fluently and having a wide network of local collaborating real estate agents, developers, construction companies, law firms, tax advisors, banks, town halls and notaries allows me to offer to my foreign clients an indispensable service.
